captnn
Went out this morning and got the catch of all catches. Kept 11 perch, released a 3lb pike, caught the biggest bluegill and sunfish I ever caught 10", caught a gobie which a seagull ate and then some fishermen's nightmare a mud puppy which was returned to haunt someone else. Smerchley or JWL did you ever have a day like that?
jwl
sounds like a great day captainn, there is some good fishing to be had in a few areas there for sure if you get the right place at the right time, I didn't spend much time concentrating on catching any perch in there, but caught a few to break the skunk for the day while out for pike. back in the fall, Pope got an ugly sucker of a mudpuppy one day while we where out. Curious to hear about the size of the biggest pike through the ice this year, I haven't been out there this year on the ice, last time I was out that way was in December.
