Interesting Satellite Pic

not sure how to provide the link but if you google noaa coastwatch and check out the satellite shot of lake ontario from feb.20 there appears to be a giant smiley face formed in the ice right in the middle of lake simcoe. it seems as if ol man winter is having a little chuckle at the expense of all us ice fishers

That's because the picture is zoomed in too far, miketheperchman mentioned that the smiley face was on Lake Simcoe not Ontario, but noticed while looking at satellite views of Lake O.

I see half a face right smack in the middle of Simcoe (where the unfroze section of the lake meets the frozen section). The small unfrozen parts make the hair, eye, mouth and what looks like a teardrop...definitely kind of creepy!
