I hope i can infleunce both the positive and the negative to both of my children, the beauty of the\ outdoors and what it has to offer, and also the impact that we can incurr on mother nature. getting dirty in the mud is super fun, finding your 1st worm with a pail of water and a flashlight is neat trick. However, educating them on the fragility of our lands and waters, to me is very important. My son and I were on a hike recently to a local fishing pool, he was so happy to go fishing with daddy, he didnt catch anything, but on the way back along a brambled trail back to the car, he found a beer can. He said "Daddy. these people need to put this in the garbage...cause bears and sharks dont like this"! I could only smile and praise him. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
