Tom S
It's Jeff Phillip's recipe from his book "Smoking Meat". Sausage rolled with cheese inside, bacon on the outside. Smells so good.

Tom S
Just woke up from the meat coma.... So good. Bacon got all melty on the outside, honey garlic sausage mix was cooked perfectly, tossed on a bun with some Baby Ray's it was excellent. Bacon explosion seems a bit much for me. I like bacon, but I also like to have some other flavours going on at the same time. I think this would be good with some hot peppers and different spice & cheese mixes. I like the idea of doing a pike like this to. They're good and cylindrical for wrapping.
