DNorton
Maybe a dumb question but are the carp worth keeping and eating ? Or is it purely just the thrill of the catch and let them go? New to carping and just wondering if I haul in a nice size one if its worth taking home for table fare. If So anyone have any good recipes ? smerchly
Cut the carp into 1" chunks , wrap in bacon, grill on the BBQ & tell the diners that it's prime shrimp .....enjoy .....savour the compliments .
PRO - P1KE 101
I heard that they weren't bad smoked.. the smaller ones though. I wouldn't eat anything over like 10 - 15 pounds. Also depends on the water body they come from.
