I could be wrong, but I don't think ontario stocks any steelhead on this side. You better call NYDEC or Pennsylvania DEP.

On the weekend we were fishing the lower niagara...but when we fish port its usually in the winter when water is ice cold, and fish hold all through the harbor out to the mouth.

The Berkeley scale is fine. It's always very close to official weights in tournaments.

The queenston launched has been paved and looks fantastic. Nice not tracking mud through the boat when tearing down. We will see how it holds up this winter.

Found a jumping worm down here in Tennessee. They move like snakes. Freaky, they will make excellent bait

You can put little pieces of rubber tubing over the teeth on the clip. That's what we use for our fixed cheaters on downriggers

Yes what a gong show! I hate launching there my grump old man syndrome is sure to kick in, not at the newbies but at the rude and inconsiderate that like to bud in line, hog the dock, etc. Not to mention any offenders, but if you see someone yelling at a jetski or bass boat operator stop by and say hi!
Maybe you were the guy last summer who threatened to beat the person on the jetski doing donuts as boats were going in and out.
