Talked to a stone guy and we’re going to get the driveway done when the city lifts the weight restrictions on the roads(may15-june1). went into town and checked out chainsaws stihl 170, 362 & 462. Any input on saws?? hopefully in the next couple weeks start fishing up there

Went up to see the land today to rip the ceiling out of the bunkie but ended up being in way better condition than we anticipated. So we left it. Hopped up on the roof and fixed some small things. we go for a walk and see the pond breached the causeway and eroded a small 24-36” wide “creek”Through it. Im like wtf how did this happen? Then notice no water coming out of the culvert. One end was plugged with mud,leaves,sticks etc. got that unclogged and another small breach further up but just some water flowing over. Need to change the grate set up. Right now it’s right against the pipe, so easy to get clogged. Really it wouldn’t of happened but the in-laws don’t live up there yet. they would’ve noticed the problem way before the breach. The pond dropped 2” in 20-30min so that was a plus. The two on bottom right 👍 the best fly I ever used was a egg sucking leach with the redhead a bass magnet. haven’t tried dry flies four weight is a little light to toss medium to big flies. perfect for your dry flies.

I know this. This is why I didn’t say anything to them besides “keeping fish out of season eh” and I left. another group clearly weren’t indigenous and keeping fish. a few nights later my buddy was there chilling in the parking lot and seen two indigenous people night fishing. He ask how fishing was and they said” got limits the last few nights” I think it’s bs we all don’t have the same regs.

Crazy video. always wear a life jacket. You can’t even tell you’re wearing the new ones. I don’t know what these guys were thinking. Get flipped in the boat or jump out and swim to shore. Easy decision

Smerch check out grimsby tackle or bass pro maybe. They should have some lithium batteries. I’d buy from a shop so if anything happens you can maybe return it. the thing about buying online is you can never trust the reviews and knock off brands are usually garbage.

A bed extender would be good. I don’t use one but probably should. My yak hangs out roughly 5’.

Like a aluminum or a kayak? put whatever you want in the back and if it sticks out more than 24” from your bumper add a flag.

I’m with you gene except some of my grass is 10” high. Getting cut in the next few days depending on rain.

Keep them in the fridge but make sure not to tip them over. My gf didn’t like them crawling around the fridge. heat/sun are their worst enemy.

There’s a guy by me that sells worms 3dz/$10 bring back ten worm containers and get a free dozen. I like supporting the small guys even though I could pick my own in no time.

Seen lots of worms out last night walking my dog. I’ve been drowning some over the last week but only a couple suckers and the rain can piss off anytime now.
