smerchly
I went into my plastic covered greenhouse to get some thyme as seen in the back , and all the walls & ceiling were covered in this pattern . The closer you look the more amazing the pattern .....looks like fern leaves to me . Bruce.....your smokin hot salsa would melt the plastic off that green house . That's why I get the mild from you . ChefMick
Smerch I love the fact you keep your hardier herbs like thyme in the greenhouse in winter, often I will order such herbs and freeze them immediatly, it makes it easier to remove the leaves, when you want to store softer edibles like basil, cilantro and parsley, remove the leaves wash them, and puree with a bit of fresh lemon juice and canola oil, then freeze them in an ice cube tray. they will stay nice and green and flavourful for about 6 months. sorry to get off topic........darn Chefs.......
