smerchly
Nice spring day to check out some spots to see what's what & took a drive to check the canal from the skyway to Lakeshore Rd. The canal is drained out to lock 3 and still full at the ship yard at lock 2 . Then a trip to Port to check water vis. & toss a few swim baits (no luck) . The water has cleared nicely but only saw a few anglers on this nice sunny day . I took a shot of the ramp house at the SCGFA and saw all three docks are in place . Rennie still has ice as a few geese were walking on it ,but not safe for us ! Time for more drifting as the spring temps will be here for a while . Maybe that groundhog was right today ....early spring ! (right up your alley Tyler) 🛶 Bubba14 and Fish Farmer
Port_D_Guy
Best thing locally now is for trout maybe pike, which I don't target.

Was just looking at the 14 day forecast. Pretty excited to have another crack at local ice.
