smerchly Posted April 6 Report Share Posted April 6 I wouldn't mind getting some fresh smelts for the table and some for channel cats . I have some old frozen smelts to use if needed . I think the smelts may be still available when the water temperatures reach about 50*F . No ice at Erie again this winter so they may come in earlier than the average run .
