All the sunfishes we have tried, bluegill, pumpkinseed, long ear and green have tasted similar. Bigger differences occur with the differences in water bodies. I’m going up to gravenhurst tomorrow to take my dad to see his boat he just bought. We’ll be on sparrow lake and everything is still closed so we’ll be fishing pan fish.
